There was a stain in my pants that was not removed. When I tried contacting support through my email, your system was giving me errors and would not let me contact anyone.
The person who did the chat info the night before gave us incorrect answers. The gal the next morning who showed us how to check in on the automated system seemed annoyed at it and also curtly deflected questions about info from the night before. And then the tux shirt was improperly pressed (collar tips pressed straight up like a vampire). We tried to fix it at the event site but it looked awful and flipped the bow tie up all evening. Far too Expensive. $4 surcharge for pet hair is ridiculous. Won’t be using Burke again
why do you list the business hours when no one is available to take or return order?
Some shirts were wet and some were not pressed at all. I have not worn any of the 7 shirts I dropped off. three shirts look like nothing was done and one high end shirt is worse now then when I dropped it off. In the past all was done well.
Once again, with two shirts, only one had sleeves creased. Check your quality control.
