There was a stain in my pants that was not removed. When I tried contacting support through my email, your system was giving me errors and would not let me contact anyone.

The person who did the chat info the night before gave us incorrect answers. The gal the next morning who showed us how to check in on the automated system seemed annoyed at it and also curtly deflected questions about info from the night before. And then the tux shirt was improperly pressed (collar tips pressed straight up like a vampire). We tried to fix it at the event site but it looked awful and flipped the bow tie up all evening.
