I was told a coupon for 15% off could be used, however when I arrived to pick up my items, I was informed it had expired, even though there was no date listed anywhere on it. I have been going to Best for almost 20 years and would think a manager would honor it under the circumstances - but the explanation given to me was that it had expired in the system and there was nothing that could be done. Dry cleaning and subsequent pressing men’s dress pants has not been good. Multiple press lines both front and back.

Biggest rip off. I had one dress shirt washed. Charged me $3.48.. Then I had the sleeves cut off 4 long sleeve tee shirts. I was charged $24.00 each for the 4 tee shirts, $96.00. I only paid $12.00 each to buy the 4 tee shirts. I will never use Best Cleaners again.....

Not happy, I dropped off my $15 coupon with my order and had to pay a full price for my order sonce the coupon was lost and not applied to the order. I had another coupon for 20% off and wanted to drop off another order and the clerk could not accept it because it did not have a barcode on it. I showed both coupons on my phone to the clerk and he said that they still could not be used. I took the second order back home. This is not the first time something like this happens. We had a small hole in a men’s blazer. The tailor looked it over and said he’d fix it. Can not tell where the hole was.
Picked up dry cleaning, left off dry cleaning, everything was fine. Just to note we were never carried over in the customer list from Shalletts cleaners. All is well now.
You did a horrible job cleaning my daughter's wedding dress. So much so that I took it elsewhere to be cleaned.
