My cuffs links are missing and I needed them for a party I was going to right after picking up my clothing
I went to get my wedding dress cleaned and preserved. The process was so jumbled and disorganized. I received a text saying it was ready. However, I went to pick it up and the dress was not there. It took about a week to track down the dress and someone to speak to about it. Upon return from cleaning, I noticed comforter was ripped. This is the second time I went to Best Cleaners in Berlin. The first time, I brought custom linen showers curtains. They didn’t get completely clean. And neither time did my linens smell clean and fresh. Needless to say, I won’t be going back.

I sent my clothes to get tailored and cleaned. They were cleaned but not tailored. Also my bag of clothes to be cleaned has somehow wind up missing

My time needed to be cleaned due to salad dressing spilled on my silk tie. The person checked it over and told me this can be cleaned. Got the email and it looks like new!
My coat cleaning was uneventful but there was a difficult customer when I picked up my coat. Your employee was patient and polite despite his rudeness.
Well I start by saying I wasted a drive to the dry cleaner to pick up my shirt and pants. I get there and I had a tag to give permission to remove a stain. Why would you make a customer arrive at the cleaner to ask for permission? Why not call the customer and save them the drive. So I give permission to remove the stain. There is no consistency with Best Cleaners cleaning. I continue to return to give them my business and yet somedays are satisfactory and half the time my clothes must return for a second cleaning.
