Missing my dads suit pants and have to wait until they call everyone who picked up clothes in that section call back to see if they have his pants. Just Terrible!

I was very disappointed when I arrived to pick up my tailored pants, and they weren’t completed by the day on the ticket. From what I was told, the pants weren’t even started on when I came to get them. I had to come back the following week. However, I was grateful when I came back get the pants, I was given a coupon due to the inconvenience.

Easy service to use. Professional service providing clean clothes. Polite staff and drive through pickup.
I had a belt buckle reattached on an old belt is completely reattached backwards very disappointed

Since recently switching to Best I have been mostly happy with the quality of the cleaners. Having said this though, I have had a few shirts which which have not been able to be properly cleaned, these have resulted in a permanent stain. Do wish an more detailed explanation could be provided as to what was tried.

First time customer and I wasn’t told how much it was going to be to have my two light jackets dry cleaned. When I picked up my dry cleaning I was told total was over $42.00. I was shocked and disgusted.
