I had a belt buckle reattached on an old belt is completely reattached backwards very disappointed

Since recently switching to Best I have been mostly happy with the quality of the cleaners. Having said this though, I have had a few shirts which which have not been able to be properly cleaned, these have resulted in a permanent stain. Do wish an more detailed explanation could be provided as to what was tried.

First time customer and I wasn’t told how much it was going to be to have my two light jackets dry cleaned. When I picked up my dry cleaning I was told total was over $42.00. I was shocked and disgusted.

My cuffs links are missing and I needed them for a party I was going to right after picking up my clothing
I went to get my wedding dress cleaned and preserved. The process was so jumbled and disorganized. I received a text saying it was ready. However, I went to pick it up and the dress was not there. It took about a week to track down the dress and someone to speak to about it. I ended up having to do the leg work, which included finding the tracking number to ensure my dress was sent to the third part vendor they use. Upon return from cleaning, I noticed comforter was ripped. This is the second time I went to Best Cleaners in Berlin. The first time, I brought custom linen showers curtains. They didn’t get completely clean. And neither time did my linens smell clean and fresh. Needless to say, I won’t be going back.

I sent my clothes to get tailored and cleaned. They were cleaned but not tailored. Also my bag of clothes to be cleaned has somehow wind up missing
