Are we talking about the same place?? I had a miserable 1st experience! Brought in my white down comforter and told them it was washable but they could dry clean if they thought that would be better. They washed it (no pre-treatment of stains) and after drying it, they stuffed this full size comforter into a small plastic bag. I removed it and found an unusable wrinkled mess. NEVER AGAIN!

I had four silk curtain panels dry cleaned. One of the panels was returned to me with a 2 foot long tear that is 2 inches wide down the center of one of the panels. I wasn’t told about the damage and found it myself when I took it out of the bag and went to hang it back up. Spending nearly $150 to dry clean these and not being told about the damage but still getting charged the service they provided is very disappointing. They could have at least had the courtesy of letting me know when I picked them up.

Hi, I’ve been coming to your Southington location for over a year and I am very happy with dry cleaning experience. I have one major complaint I’m hoping you can help with. I received a 30% off holiday coupon in the mail. I took a picture of it on my phone because it had barcode so I assumed it could be scanned. It didn’t say anywhere on the coupon that the physical coupon needed to be presented to use it. Service good. Prices are way too high. Doesn’t make sense to buy dry clean only items - often after 5 or 6 cleanings, you spent the same amount as the original price of item. Why are there no discount cleaners in area ($2.50 all items, like in other places)?

Liked the coupon. Hemming was the correct length. Only concern was at the counter when the hemming instructions tag was ignored and a ticket written out for standard cleaning. I caught it after I had left the store, because of noticing the incorrect pickup date. I returned to the store and the item was found and rebagged as Alterations.. Alls well that ends well.
