Best Cleaners in Loudonville is the greatest! Very friendly people to assist you and thankfully, quite professional. You can tell by the way they handle your clothing that they really care. They are ahead of the times with customer communications, letting you know when your order is ready via email. The store itself is bright, clean, modern and professional. The services extend to tailoring and the staff was knowledgeable enough to advise me on the cleaning of a fur jacket. I would really recommend them!

Such nice staff (unlike man in Slingerlands branch), and the space is so nicely decorated. Everything came back clean and well-pressed! Someone from corporate should visit Slingerlands branch. Guy was so rude I walked out and looked for another branch. Delmar is wonderful.

Good service but prices are a bit on the high side. What about a frequent buyer club?
The staff is very attentive and responsive to the drive-thru services offered. Also, later I was pro-actively contacted about a repair that could be made to a pair of slacks I had dropped off with a small tear by the pocket. This attention to detail in addition to providing me a solution is an indication of superior customer service and care.
