Your Latham staff is both fantastic AND terrific. From the tailoring to the entire counter staff. I love the 24 hour drop off too....

Staff is very friendly I like that I can pay by using a card that is kept on file. There is never any "dry cleaning" smell. Sweaters are particularly cared for and wrapped in tissue. I do feel that the cost is pricey.
I have had ups and downs with Best Cleaners. Most of the time, they do a very good job and their hours, drop box, and drop off options are very convenient. Their branches are immaculately clean. Staff has always been pleasant. However, at a recent visit I received an email telling me that my clothes were ready but when I got to the branch, they were not there and I had to come back the next day. Best Cleaners is appropriately named, it is the best! Carmella in Loudonville is the best there is at alterations and the cleaning is expert, the pressing is perfect and the service is wonderful. Melody is also great at all she does although I do not see her often now. I also love to stop in on Saturday to say Hi to Jack! Great people!!
Loudonville store is super. Carmella and Matt are the best. Don't ever let them leave. Super friendly, prompt, courteous.

Your staff is excellent and friendly. Always on the ball. They recognize you as you pull up many times and have your order ready to go. Very polite and courteous. I highly recommend Best Cleaners.

Best Cleaners in Loudonville is the greatest! Very friendly people to assist you and thankfully, quite professional. You can tell by the way they handle your clothing that they really care. They are ahead of the times with customer communications, letting you know when your order is ready via email. The store itself is bright, clean, modern and professional. The services extend to tailoring and the staff was knowledgeable enough to advise me on the cleaning of a fur jacket. I would really recommend them!
