Part of my order Was not ready for pick up when I came a day after I was told it would be ready. No one called me, so I stopped by a week later, still the ties were not there. I took another 3-4 days before someone called to tell me they had been found. The best part of the experience was the young lady at the counter. Professional and nice. Someone should have refunded my money as I paid in advance.
Quality is good but price is way to high.
Lost suit and had no idea what they were doing.
Job was done well but cost was way to expensive. $60.00 for 3winter coats. Feel that $40.00 would have been more reasonable.
I appreciated the call prior to cleaning to discuss the risk of damage due to some of my items having beaded designs. The employee was very kind and nice. One thing I did not care for would be putting my credit card information into the pick-up bag. I would have rather given my credit card information for payment via phone. I didn’t like the potential risk of having my credit card information exposed at a drop off/pick up location. I wish there was an option to give my credit card information to an employee.
My order was processed days before it was promised.
Prices keep increasing dramatically
My clothes were ready two days before I was told that I would have them. However, it cost me over $26 for one dress and one sport jacket - I had no idea that dry cleaning was so VERY expensive.
