I brought in a down coat to get cleaned. The neck of the coat had some makeup and hair product spots that I was hoping could be cleaned. My coat looked great when I picked it up, however when I put it on I noticed that the down filling in the neck had completely shifted into the right side of the next and was compressed into a ball. I suppose this is a risk of cleaning but it was disappointing. I don't think I will be wearing the coat anymore.

It was just fine. I just have one problem with returning and it is I only have 5 things for dry cleaning and 4 are still in the bags from over 6 years ago. Don't have much that needs dry cleaning.
Friendly staff but a 2 week wait on hemming pants sort of stinks. I am still waiting to hear back with an update (hopefully it does not take the full 2 weeks).
The dry cleaning was satisfactory. The attitude of the staff on the other hand needs some work. Poor customer service due to negative attitude. Also, there was a deal for $5 off 5 pieces of dry cleaning. I had 5 articles, but a white shirt doesn't count as a piece apparently.
I like having an account so I don't need to bring cash or a credit card with every order. However, currently, all I see are charges on my credit card statement. I preferred the old system where statements were sent periodically (every two weeks?) itemizing the charges.
We have been a customer for a short time. We are very satisfied with your service. Our local dry cleaning store is not of your quality. We regret waiting so long to become a customer. Thank you.
Professional service. But quite pricey!
