My coat was looking shabby. Not anymore.
My inquiry about a certain stain removal was answered in a short, curt and unprofessional manner! Too bad there isn’t another dry cleaner to compete with you.. I would take my garment w there!!!
Brought my sons pants and shirt in to be dry cleaned. He had just wore it a month ago to his great grandmothers funeral. This is the first time we had ever dry cleaned the shirt and pants. The shirt turned out fine but the pants shrunk so much! The poor kid had to go to his uncles wedding wearing pants that he couldn’t fasten and were way to short on him. So disappointed and upset!

I had a coat with a fur collar sized by you all last month(the finish date was 12/5/18 I believe). It was originally a women’s coat. I am a male, so I wanted the bottom portion of the coat (waist down) to be tightly fitted to my body. Upon receiving the finished product, I realized the bottom portion of the coat (albeit taken in some) was not as tightly fitted as it was when the tailor (last name Bletz) had me come in to size the coat to my liking on 11/21/18. your reminder email says " your order is ready" in dark print. It doe not say Balfour. Some spam emails start with the same thing.
Shirts are coming back without starch, sleeves not clipped. Pants are coming back "dry-cleaned" but stains were not removed and there was no tag saying why it couldn't be. Quality is dropping.
I received a coupon for $5 off of dry cleaning. That's all the coupon said (aside from not valid for laundered shirts). I brought in 4 antique wool blankets for dry cleaning only to be told "dry cleaning" only pertained to clothing, not blankets. Dry cleaning is dry cleaning. This isn't a deal breaker, but I would have applied the discount were it my establishment.
They have now ruined 3 of my cashmere sweaters - my clothes are returned with holes which I know were not present when I dropped them off for cleaning. I will never take my clothes here again.
