Got dry cleaning done for interviews.
Button on coat came back loose. Fell off quickly.

Balfurds preforms a quality service on our laundry and cleaning. The turn a round is quick and by using E-mail we know when they are ready.. If there are buttons missing they replace them so I can count on wearing that particular item with out delay.
Used your tailoring to sew labels....the accuracy and attention to detail was very poor
I've used your "Wash, Dry, Fold" service twice now, for polo shirts, outwear t-shirts, socks and underwear. While the clothes smell clean, the outwear shirts and t-shirts are unwearable as returned to me because of deeply creased wrinkles caused by the tightly compressed packing of the return laundry in a plastic bag. Common sense would dictate that when you fold outwear after leaving the dryer, you leave it fluffed and wrinkle-free, as it was when it came out of the dryer. There should be two ratings -- one high and one low. I have had many items altered and been very happy with the results. The same isn't true of cleaning one of my favorite pairs of slacks. Apparently someone didn't look at the composition tag on the waistband. Rayon. They are now much shorter! I didn't find out until I put them on a few days ago for a fundraiser hosted by the Penn State president and his wife. I was beside myself then, and very upset since.
The clothes came out great for the most part, except the sleeve buttons on one of my shirts are both broken.
