Thanks for being patient holding my clothes while I was out of town for work.
First, upon dropping 2 winter coats I had to ask about the fur trim hoods after the "transaction", I was told "oh, we will have you sign a waiver for those" No thanks, I will remove them, so I did. I picked the coats up yesterday and the one has water marks on most of the squares, I did call the company but I think this should have been noticed before I was handed the coats and paid? Fycking worst shitted place Ask for dryclean and then they just destroyed my cloth. Cloth worth bout 1200$ each and now have ti throw it away. Says defective condition before cleaning but thats fucking bullshit. Nothing was wrong before i ask for the drycleaning and i even have a picture of it. And they ask for the money after making it like this? Fuck you guys
Bag was out two pick up days before it was picked up on the third.
I had one pair of pants dry cleaned. Too much money 9.25. I'm not buying them..
You system for contacting the customer when clothes are ready is a 10. The problem was I asked for heavy starch and when I picked up my shirts the ticket read no starch even though I had asked for heavy starch twice. In Downingtown shirts cost 1.95 to get dry cleaned and your price was 3.88 or something like that plus another 10 per cent for next day service. My cleaners always finishes by nect day after 500 pm at no extra cost.
Never have any issues
My one concern has to do with the dark brown slacks that you cleaned for me in early March. I got them back with a notice attached saying that you couldn't completely clean them because you did not have my permission to wet wash a stain.. The slacks looked acceptable, but if there is something you lack my permission to do, why not phone or email me? You had not communicated with me while you had my slacks, and I would have given permission if you asked me.
