The young lady with the big mouth at the front counter, and her nasty attitude has caused me to move my service somewhere else after using American dry cleaners for over 45 years I am getting the rest of my clothes out and I’m going to another cleaners. Her name is Natasha and she was rude obnoxious and very unprofessional to me various other cleaners in the Charlotte area that I don’t have to deal with the attitude.

This is James Monroe, 980-214-2931. I am very satisfied with the polite, and quality service I receive from American Cleaners.
Too expensive for 19 pieces to be pressed only. $223. That was $20 plus a piece. I am looking elsewhere. Love your place though. But just need something a little less expensive.
There was a piece I brought that cam out, horrible. My question is, if you can’t clean it especially prior to doing the work. Than don’t take on the Job! Unless your just looking to make a dime… The other shirts came out fine, but very wrinkly. 🤷🏾🤷🏾🤷🏾

My entire order was not ready and what I was able to pick up had just came from the presser and was not pressed well. The other half of my order was in the pressing area. I have been a customer of American Cleaners for a long time on and off. Going back to the big blue location that use to be on Morehead. Never have I received poor quality services like this.
The third party who sends your email coupons never send me dry cleaning coupons. They only send Housrhold coupons- I never bring household items in. Seems they are not doing a very good job for you if they know nothing about your customers habits The emails are of no value to me. When zi asked about it you only said it was up to them,, Well they should be working for you on customer retention.
A whole new crew, now. The old crew knew excellent customer service, everyday every time! I felt celebrated ! Not now. The price is high. But, they do good work! The Alterations person needs help! It's not ready when promised. Now, I'm treated like I came at a inconvenient time on a Saturday...Not near closing time. I've worked more than 30yrs in Customer Service. I know it when I get it.
