American Dry Cleaners have been my business laundry service for over 16 years. I am a massage therapist so clean, well folded sheets that are laundered regularly as well as the service being absolutely dependable schedule wise is very important... They are the best!

I loved getting my sheets done! The cost when I started in April was $16.32 including pillow cases. But in mid May it went up to $18.00 and some cents without pillow cases. I added two pillow cases and my last bill was $22.52! If there was a price increase I must have missed the notification. I was treating myself at the $16.00 rate but now that has gone up $6.00 a time I cannot do it. Nice while it lasted!

A leather coat need to be cleaned and some buttons were loose. The coat was cleaned perfectly and all the buttons were resewn correctly.

Again , pants crease was not performed properly, damaging clothes again. Informed of issue to correct after I had to wear my suit and they did not even wash them, just was like oh we can put in it. Horrible.
I’ve brought my clothes in several times for dry cleaning and unless I have an emergency I won’t be returning. I’ve received several clothing items back with blatant stains, brand new black Loewe shirt worn, once and returned so faded.. The shirt was $600. I asked for dry cleaning but it had to be deep washed. The worst is the pricing for the service. The prices are astronomical. Again, the team did not follow through on my request and took the crease out of my dress pants. These errors are damaging my clothes and having me show up out of line with what is normal. This error has happened multiple times and is very disappointing for the investment.
Great job my dress is perfect
This time my laundry was not as well laundered and folded as the two other times. All of my whites must have been washed with all my dark clothes. My sheet set was really dull and not ironed as in the past. I had a white top that is now gray. My laundry just looked dingy. The folding was pretty sloppy… I was surprised because the quality was so much better in the previous time I’ve sent things to be laundered.
