On Tuesday June 2 it would be not 3rd time to pick up a suit I left there on last Monday. I told the lady that took my garments that I did not want any crease in the pants. I went to pick up on Thursday and there were crease in the pants. I left the suit and went to pick it up on this pass Saturday and instead of redoing the pants someone just try to press the crease out instead starting the process all over ok. I have been with American cleaners over 5oyears .Because ilove your work.
I had four dresses and a pair of shorts cleaned and my bill was $70. I will never be back. Your prices are sky high and the work was average.
Once again there is a new driver - I was charged $3 / lb instead of the negotiated $2.50. I am most discouraged!
Spend a lot of money with y’all for over 50 years and I still have to show my phone blah blah blah to get a 20% discount. SMH !
We are disappointed at one item was not delivered with the rest of our order. It turns out that the item was left behind at your plant. secondly, we were told that deliveries would be made to our cottage at Sharon Towers. Deliveries are in fact made to the main building here.
The staff is so nice and professional And the Faclity is clean.
Sent a set of cotton sheets to be washed and ironed. The pillowcase has grease or something on it.
