I have used American Dry Cleaners for my needs for years. That have remained. Consistent through years. Always professional and in times I had a concern they explained before service when asked. I’m grateful I have American there for all my needs, dry cleaning, alterations, repairs. Prices are reasonable as well. Thank you

I was happy to know that American dry cleaners did a one-day service because I needed my two-piece black wool suit cleaned for a funeral when I was dressing the next day for the funeral I noticed that they had pressed out the cuffs on the jacket sleeves which made the sleeves longer than I anticipated and it took the look away from the jacket I had no time to fix this problem myself I don't know if I ever use this service again very disappointed in the way they did not fix the jacket the way I took it in.

Ask for my shirts to be folded over hanger and they wasn’t When they not folded over hanger it widened out the neck

I came in on Tuesday morning to pick up my dress. When I brought it in. I asked the young lady. Would they be able to get the l lent off of it? She told me. Yes, so when I picked up my dress there was still some lent on it and the fact is that I had to sit and wait. While the cashier was interacting with another customer chatting than she had to go and get the teal out of the office. Charge to much to dry clean one freaking dress I payed $25 for one dress to be clean that’s unacceptable I will never go back there and no I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there

We apologize for not informing you when the dress was dropped off that there was an additional charge due to the beads or sequins on it requires special care. The CSR applied a 20% discount at pick-up for you.

I had two bad experiences with the dry cleaners.. people doing customer service are so disrespectful. You had to pay attention in order to see the games that they play. I'm not the one the two or three. I told the manager and I told the owner. As of right now no change. I will say they do a good job on cleaning clothes though. I'm looking for a new dry cleaner please help.

I had a 25% percent off coupon that was presented at the beginning of my drop off. The coupon was not applied to my bill when I returned to pick up my clothes.

Lulu is a terrible manager with very unprofessional customer service. I’d highly recommend training for her. Be careful if you’re taking your dresses here for hemming. When you go to the back to change, your led to a sketchy tiny bathroom to change. The stream stress pinned one spot on my floor-length dress and when I looked down, it appeared to be around the bottom of my big toe.
