Sent a set of cotton sheets to be washed and ironed. The pillowcase has grease or something on it.
Botch up my patch job on jeans

I apologize for the way the seamstress patched your jeans. I got with her and she is now correcting them. She wasn't told you wanted a patch to cover a larger area around the hole. I appreciate your patience while they are redone.
Counter service was not that great my skirt was folder on a hanger instead of the usual hanger when implied about it was told they ran out of hangers

I apologize and thank you for bringing this to my attention. I am getting with each staff member to make sure they better understand how to address and fix problems when they occur. The CSR should have corrected the issue immediately when pointed out instead of giving a poor excuse. The inspector also should have caught this and corrected it before bagging. Four items was brought in 2 Blouse A shirt and a pair of slacks and it was 32.00 which was very expensive for four items and one of the blouse was not clean thoroughly so it was sent back for a Second cleaning.... Not happy at all and I’m not returning
I like the service but no one can tell me why you charge me more money to dry clean shirts that are brand name.. Burberry, Gucci etc. than my not so popular brand. You don’t do any more special cleaning or service. I’ve never had a cleaners do such. So I’ve chosen to look for another cleaners. I spend to much money for this kind of service.

I appreciate your question and offer my reason for why I charge more to clean designer shirts than a standard shirt. It's simply due to the increased liability we take in handling the shirt compared to a less expensive shirt. Burberry and Gucci shirts can cost 300.00 and up or 5 or 6 times what a standard shirt cost. We as your cleaner accept the responsibility of cleaning and properly handling your clothing and in the case of a mishap would stand behind our work and compensate you appropriately for the item.
