I had a 25% percent off coupon that was presented at the beginning of my drop off. The coupon was not applied to my bill when I returned to pick up my clothes.

Lulu is a terrible manager with very unprofessional customer service. I’d highly recommend training for her. Be careful if you’re taking your dresses here for hemming. When you go to the back to change, your led to a sketchy tiny bathroom to change. The stream stress pinned one spot on my floor-length dress and when I looked down, it appeared to be around the bottom of my big toe. I tried this Closer for the first time. I took three shirts early in the week that I picked up on Sat. All three shirts had the collar pressed wrong. Had to leave all three and was unable to wear any of them for the holiday weekend as I had planned horrible first experience..

It’s a great experience pricing is way to high I brought 2 white cotton button up shirts and 3 pair of khaki pants and was charged $50 $10 a piece per item is excessive especially for the material I stated cotton and khaki there’s no way that’s $10 Per item need to evaluate pricing asap

A concern: Don’t post this: I sent 3 linen items. A blouse with an ink stain on the front which was not removed or even touched! A linen dress with tabs to shorten the long sleeves and it was returned with one sleeve pressed and the other tab still buttoned and sleeve crushed but ironed. I am 55 years old and I believe in respecting your elders. When the young attendant called me by my first name, I took offense as she couldn't have been older than my four daughters. I think you should have a policy where your young workers should address their elders by Mr. Or Ms. When I spoke to her about it she replied 'no one else has a problem with it'.
