American Dry Cleaners have been my business laundry service for over 16 years. I am a massage therapist so clean, well folded sheets that are laundered regularly as well as the service being absolutely dependable schedule wise is very important... They are the best!

I loved getting my sheets done! The cost when I started in April was $16.32 including pillow cases. But in mid May it went up to $18.00 and some cents without pillow cases. I added two pillow cases and my last bill was $22.52! If there was a price increase I must have missed the notification. I was treating myself at the $16.00 rate but now that has gone up $6.00 a time I cannot do it. Nice while it lasted!

A leather coat need to be cleaned and some buttons were loose. The coat was cleaned perfectly and all the buttons were resewn correctly.

They made me wait almost 40 minutes because it wasn’t ready on the day they told me it would. My jacket came back almost exactly how I organized took it!

Employees doesn't listen very well and sometimes can't understand, and Larry should Greet all customers (what keeps a business going CUSTOMERS), something's they are telling me about getting items back I never heard of and some saying I can't a print out of what I have left in the cleaners isn't true because other Employees have gave it to me, some may just need better training, I been a customer for over 30 years

I spent 5 years working on and off at this dry cleaner, and the owner tries his best — but the manager destroys everything he works for. She’s extremely rude, constantly disrespectful, and acts like she’s doing the world a favor just by standing there. I’ve been to here before I noticed the manager wouldn’t help me but as soon as a man walked in she gave him her undivided attention. my friend works there and yesterday I was on the phone with her and noticed how unprofessional the manager was being towards her she is disrespectful
