I asked the person who took my clothes if they could remove hair. She responded oh yes we have seen worse than this believe me. So i left my sons pants, dress coat, graduation gown,and sash. This was at 11 am. When i picked up the clothing at 4 pm the sash had a spot where the embroidery was coming out The pants and coat still covered in hair, the coat still had a bad oder and the manager took the coat three times and the coat stii had hair on it. Annoyed because my VIP 20% discount wasn't applied. Also, I was unaware my two dresses and 1 blouse would come out to $43!!!! Wish I would have known that up front. It would be nice if there was a starting price list posted somewhere. Now I have to wait until a supervisor can apply my discount and who knows when the heck that will happen. Or I can go in during the very inconvient hours they work and get the money back I'm owed (Super irritated that your company made the mistake, but I have to take time off work to fit aroun... read more

I felt there was a lack of attention to detail because my shirt was dry cleaned and a pen/pencil mark was visible. I believe that someone there should of noticed and made sure that the shirt was clean. If a person was aware of the stain, then at least pass it on to the customer. I hope that this feedback helps and thank you for the opportunity to tell you my experience with Today Cleaners.

This is realated to the previous order. Lobby was being redone at the location i visit. Due to this we had to drive to the other side of town in order to pick up my dry cleaning after 5 pm. The clothes were still wet and resulted in me having to re-iron all my shirts so there were wearable. I was disappointed as this was 95.00 bill and the shirts were not wearable. In the last 3 years as a regualr customer this is really the only negative experance with today cleaner and i will still continue using them as the work is usuall... read more

I didn't know any of the prices beforehand and when I went to pick up my dress and pay, I tried using a coupon I found online,but was told it was too late. I was told that I should have presented it when I dropped off my dress. As a new customer, it was a bit off putting. I wish there would have been prices listed and known about the coupon policy beforehand.
