Saturday I wAs there to pick up my items. Sign on door says it is open until 6pm. I was there at 5:40 and door was locked. Employees still inside. If business closes at 6pm then it should be open until 6pm. It was very inconvenient and upsetting because I needed the items for that day. It's false advertisement to say you're open until 6pm when you're really not. Very disappointing.

The marketplace location shrunk al my tops and could have cared less! I come to you guys weekely. Not cool!

I appreciate how quickly you clean my clothes. However, I am very disappointed in the condition of the buttons on my collared shirts. I get my work clothes cleaned there often, and when I get them back, my buttons look like they've been chewed by an animal. I spoke to a manager about it, and while she apologized, she said the machine they use does it. My solution: get a machine that isn't going to destroy the buttons on my shirts. Today cleaners is always great. Stains are located and removed. My primary complaint is that Today Cleaners is very expensive. Compared to dry cleaners in other cities, including cities smaller than Bakersfield, the rates are very high. The regular dissemination of coupons was very helpful, however the coupons are few and far between anymore. Staff was rude. I called ahead of time to get pricing on the type of garment I needed cleaned and was quoted $5.49 ler piece. Then at the time of picking up my garments I was charged $6.49 per item. When I questioned the difference, I was told "I dont know why the pricing is different," with no further explanation. And 2 of my shirts were extremely wrinkled. I will NOT be using Today Cleaners ever again nor will I recommend their services to anyone else.

This cleaner is so unreliable. Over the past 6 months that I have been using them. Sometimes your clothes get cleaned and starched and pressed, Sometimes not. They have ruined 5 of my shirt by melting the buttons on my shirts. A horrible experience dealing with this company and their employees.

When I first walked in, the manager seemed bothered to help me, but I've worked retail before so I can understand, but then I receive my navy blue suit jacket and the baby milk that my son threw up on the jacket wasn't cleaned up completely for almost $9 I thought they could get the stains off completely, this was my first time using a dry cleaner but it will be the last time I ever use today cleaners, and I will not recommend this place to anyone.
