Prices are so high
The clothes came back clean but they don't smell fresh. They were a bit stinky, worse than before the dry clean. Turn around time was fast though.
Dropped off clothes with coupon but service was so busy that I couldn't ask question about the coupon. They just took the bag and said it would be okay. When paying they did not use the coupon (20% off) because one of the articles of clothing did not apply so minimum was not met. I could have gone back home to get another article of clothing that would apply if they had the time to answer my question instead of brushing me off and saying it would be okay.
The dry cleaning work was good, no complaints on that. However, the location I walked into has the price list posted far from customer view, additionally the actual detailed price list is of even displayed. It'd be much appreciated if the detailed price list were on the counter not behind the counter in small print. I was not happy with the price difference quoted for one item, there's no need for there to be that much mystery in my dry cleaning bill.
When i picked up i got my suit just how i had left it DIRTY. One of the workers had to get it back from me because i pointed out all the different dirt marks not to mention she took it to the back and in a min or two she wiped it down giving it to me damp i am fighting a bad cold so i didnt want to sit there and argue!!!Bad service!
The last time I went in the customer service was excellent, but the time before that, I was not waited on and not greeted. But when another person entered they were greeted. It was like I was invisible. I typically do not mention this, but this one disturbed me...
I called ahead to ensure that my down comforter was ready before I went to pick it up because I was informed that these specific comforters took around two to three days to wash thoroughly. They said my comforter was ready and I live about 7 minutes away so I headed straight over. When I got there, they had to pull the comforter out of the dryer and I assumed that they had just put it in there to get any wrinkes out. I cannot recommend you. Your staff consistently overlooks coupons. It's extremely frustrating. A customer shouldn't have to always be on the watch to see if you have honored a coupon. I quit using you years ago because of this. I said then that you miss coupons about 40% of the time. Today was my third trip since I came back and , once again, no credit for the coupon. If you can't fix your system stop issuing coupons.
I gave my paper coupon to be applied with my order at the time of drop off. Cashier said she was going to attach with my garments so that they would apply the coupon when I pick up. Well, not only they forgot to apply the 30%coupon I gave to them, but also they lost my coupon that I could use again for the future until 7/28/17 !!
