Today Cleaner's on Coffee Road just ruined my husband's new slacks. This is the 3rd pair they have ruined in the last 6 months. You have lost our business

My husband like his clothes heavy starched and without the bags and every time we go we ask for this, without fail we get the cloths back regular and in bags. They write it on the ticket and never follow the instructions. Every time they say "well we can redo them"...unfortunately I can't wait for them to be redone every time. Now I need to find a new dry cleaner because it is obviously not going to change. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but we have given it at least 6 chances to no avail.

Your customer service and speedy dry cleaning performance is excellant. Your prices are some of the highest in bakersfield so poor marks in this category. Your rewards program showed promise but no full disclosure on how points are calculated....right when it looks like I'll finally earn a reward my receipt shows a lower number then expected when compared to how much clothes i brought in and how much i spent.

Amazing. My pest control tech recommended I empty my closets and wash or dry clean all the clothing. I mean every single piece. What a nightmare. If not for the wonderful staff at my local today cleaners I think I would have lost my mine. I use the today cleaners on rosedale highway in Bakersfield California. Also, I love the coupons. I qualified for the 50 per cent off on one of my orders.

The pleats in my skirt did not appear to be steam cleaned. My brown jacket had to be cleaned twice because the stain was still visible. The cuff of my wool pants were not cleaned properly and had to be cleaned again. This the first time I have received unsatisfactory service from Today Cleaners. My trip to the East Coast is Tuesday evening (03.31,15) . I will take my clothing to be cleaned there.

I had an ugly dirty white tuxedo shirt. And when I took it in I thought they would make it completely clean but unfortunately they just washed it and hanged it. And told me theirs nothing they can do

Very disappointed! Not ready when promised. Employees not concerned. They didn't start my dry cleaning until the next day. Sent an email thru the contact page on your website.

Got the job done as far as basic dry cleaning but I specifically asked for heavy starch and when I received my items I was surprised in 2 manners. Clothing was pressed but not starched and the cost was just under $12 for a basic trouser and dress shirt. (Which needed only basic cleaning) I felt the charge was excessive not to receive the service I point blank requested. Will not use this company going forward as this was my first experience with them.
