Second time. I asked for military crease, SLEEVES ONLY. The lady wrote it on the slip. I pick up my $40 order and I have every shirt full military crease. Don't you people follow instructions?????

Hello my, my poor experience came today when I picked up my uniform shirts from the white lane location. I'm a regular customer, I bring in the same uniform shirts and the same quantity when I drop off. This time the price was way higher $1 extra for each garment. I asked why the prices had gone up and I just received what sounded like excuses. I been coming to this cleaners for the past year, and been paying the same price. The quality of the work done is always outstanding. However, in this opportunity, my wife dropped off 10 shirts to have them dry-cleaned at location #10. I printed coupons for her to use. She had a piece of paper with 3 coupons. The one that she wanted to use was for a $1 off per item (no limit). She circled that coupon on the printout I gave her, and mentioned to the person at that location that she wanted to use that coupon. I took my coat to get cleaned and got it back ruined. They said they would fix it and didn't just made it worse.

Stockdale Hwy Day in and day out your employees present themselves as frustrated and down right agitated and anything asked appears to be an inconvenience to them. That would be okay.... If my orders were correct, but seldom are they as I had asked, or if so, then items are sloppy in appearance/ half done.

Saturday I wAs there to pick up my items. Sign on door says it is open until 6pm. I was there at 5:40 and door was locked. Employees still inside. If business closes at 6pm then it should be open until 6pm. It was very inconvenient and upsetting because I needed the items for that day. It's false advertisement to say you're open until 6pm when you're really not. Very disappointing.

I appreciate how quickly you clean my clothes. However, I am very disappointed in the condition of the buttons on my collared shirts. I get my work clothes cleaned there often, and when I get them back, my buttons look like they've been chewed by an animal. I spoke to a manager about it, and while she apologized, she said the machine they use does it. My solution: get a machine that isn't going to destroy the buttons on my shirts. Many of these shirts cost $100 or more, so it's very frustrating when they get damaged at--of a... read more
