I didn't have a problem with time or quality of work. What I had a problem with was price. $13 to press a brand new suit? I asked how much it would have coast to clean a suit and I was to $16. I don't think that pressing justifies $13 of a $16 cleaning.
1st time customer. Prices where expensive. Service was not very friendly when I dropped off or picked up. When I did pick up my items I was given someone else's slacks. I was not impressed.
Not good at all, couldn't remove simple buttermilk marks. Clothes had horrible rinkles. Clothes were just as I dropped off, so 1 star is for at least not destroying my clothes. I wouldn't go back! Or suggest this place. Seemed like my clothes were just streamed that's it.
Took in a down comforter that really needed to be cleaned, you did a great job on it. I was surprised when I got it back It looked almost like new. The year before I took it to another cleaners and got it back looking the same way it did when I dropped it off. Dirty.
It was very quick and very logical. However customer service and the quality of the product afterward lacked.
Staff was friendly. I asked the staff if they could take superglue off pants and they said they could try. They dry cleaned my pants and said once I left they asked the manager if they could take superglue off pants and the manager said no. I still paid the full price for them to dry clean my pants even though there was no difference, and after the dry clean there were pen markings on my pants. Cheerful fast service, but thought it a bit pricey, $8.50 for one shirt, had they told me the price before I probably would have gone elsewhere.
They promise your items by 4pm, but they were done by 1pm
Staff was couteous. All items were laundered and pressed correctly.
