I brought a shirt on Saturday (July 1) to put bottons on it! I was told to come in Sunday, July 2 to pick it up! Yesterday, Monday, July 3, I went to pick up my shirt and no one knew where the shirt was! Then to find out that my shirt was left alone and no one worked on it! The store manager who was supposed to work on the shirt left on medical leave without working on my shirt, and did not even assign some other staff member to work on my shirt! Excuses are like rear ends, we all have one , it's just that some of us have bigger ones! Equipment failure was yours. A phone call was never made to me. Three trips to pick up a duvet cover. It was still not fully pressed. So sorry for your company. I won't be back.
They told me they would send a text when my order was ready. I went in from the reminder of my wife. I said you guys forgot to text me. They said we did. I went through all text messages proving they didn't and the response without saying anything was oh well. I will not return to this location

They employees weren't friendly. It seemed They were just there for the job. They did allow me to use my $1 coupon when I came back to pay. But my dress was too expensive. I'll be going somewhere less expensive.

I brought in 4 items. Cost was over $30.00 . Technician said I could get a price coupon but ran my card and said it was too late. Tech that checked in my clothing said the same quote. I hoping you can make up for my misfortune
Fast but also still wrinkled. Paid $27 but still had the issue.
