Article was ready in a timely manner. The collar was actually clean! It had a few questionable spots that were gone when I picked it up!

I have use Today Cleaners three times so far. I have two uniforms that I need cleaned and pressed every weekend. I have strict uniform requirements in my department that require the creases to be in the right placement and aligned with each other. The first two times I used the services of Today Cleaners I received creases that did not align correctly from the sleeve to the shoulder. Please stop breaking/crushing buttons on dress shirts. I would not mind if they were at minimum replaced with like color buttons but I have repeatedly received my shirts back with multiple ones with broken buttons needing replacement. I will notice this when I am about to wear short and have to put to the side and fix button myself.

I pointed out the coffee stains when I dropped off the garment, however when I came back to pick it up, the stains looked the same. I paid and the garment was recleaned, this time the stains came out 90%. If they had caught the stains the first time, maybe they would have come out completely, before getting set in by the first cleaning.

Everything was taken care in an ok manner.... Nothing went wrong, I just did not feel like their was any difference from doing business at this location to any other cleaning location except the ability to have my items on the same day....

When I arrive Suzanne the manager was very rude and curt. I'm new to Bakersfield so I asked a couple of questions which annoyed her. A week later when I picked up my clothes the individual was very helpful and nice .

Your receptionist is really rude no smiles and no thank you I also called to see if my shirt would be ready adnwho ever answer was again really rude and hung up before I finished my question

Friendly, courteous, and quick Although, I felt it was expensive. I brought in one men's basketball jersey to be dry cleaned and it cost me $12. One (1) item. I'm not sure I'll return. But service was good.

The cleaning was excellent. The customer service was lousy. I was overcharged and when I brought it to the attention of the staff member, without any apology and without any comment, she went to get the manager who seemed to accept my explanation that I was quoted a different price, but went about fixing the mistake without any comment to me, not even an apology. I find this unacceptable and I won't be back.
