You guys did not fully clean my pants and left several tags on my pants. I will not be back.
I didn't know any of the prices beforehand and when I went to pick up my dress and pay, I tried using a coupon I found online,but was told it was too late. I was told that I should have presented it when I dropped off my dress. As a new customer, it was a bit off putting. I wish there would have been prices listed and known about the coupon policy beforehand.
Please contact me about a serious concern I witnessed at one of your stores recently that may expose you to legal liability of which you need to be apprised. I have left two messages for manager Kelly Brown over the past 10 days without a return call. Thank you.
I didn't have a problem with time or quality of work. What I had a problem with was price. $13 to press a brand new suit? I asked how much it would have coast to clean a suit and I was to $16. I don't think that pressing justifies $13 of a $16 cleaning.
1st time customer. Prices where expensive. Service was not very friendly when I dropped off or picked up. When I did pick up my items I was given someone else's slacks. I was not impressed.
Not good at all, couldn't remove simple buttermilk marks. Clothes had horrible rinkles. Clothes were just as I dropped off, so 1 star is for at least not destroying my clothes. I wouldn't go back! Or suggest this place. Seemed like my clothes were just streamed that's it.
Took in a down comforter that really needed to be cleaned, you did a great job on it. I was surprised when I got it back It looked almost like new. The year before I took it to another cleaners and got it back looking the same way it did when I dropped it off. Dirty.
It was very quick and very logical. However customer service and the quality of the product afterward lacked.
Staff was friendly. I asked the staff if they could take superglue off pants and they said they could try. They dry cleaned my pants and said once I left they asked the manager if they could take superglue off pants and the manager said no. I still paid the full price for them to dry clean my pants even though there was no difference, and after the dry clean there were pen markings on my pants.
