I had an ugly dirty white tuxedo shirt. And when I took it in I thought they would make it completely clean but unfortunately they just washed it and hanged it. And told me theirs nothing they can do
Very disappointed! Not ready when promised. Employees not concerned. They didn't start my dry cleaning until the next day. Sent an email thru the contact page on your website.
Got the job done as far as basic dry cleaning but I specifically asked for heavy starch and when I received my items I was surprised in 2 manners. Clothing was pressed but not starched and the cost was just under $12 for a basic trouser and dress shirt. (Which needed only basic cleaning) I felt the charge was excessive not to receive the service I point blank requested. Will not use this company going forward as this was my first experience with them.
Clerk was friendly Clothes were ready when said they would be I do not like the plastic tie used to attach a number tag to clothes
Our clothes were clean but the laundered shirt was very linty.
I have been a customer for more than 10 years. First visit? And you already spam me with offers... You would get a higher rating if you weren't so expensive. 5 items, $62, really? Over 5 bucks for a polo shirt? I bought it for $9.99 and you want more than $5 to wash and fold it, once.
I had a great visit with the best costumer service of any retail establishment in long time. I asked to verify that it would be ready for pick up the next day after 4pm and was informed that tablecloths take two days. Not aware of this I said, "oh darn I was hoping to use it Wednesday". No questions asked she said that she would rush it through so I would have it. Now that is customer service! I won't have to expect this again because now I know it takes two days and will plan.
