This is twice that my order was not ready by 4:00! I have the email and text that came in at 5:09 pm and when I get to today cleaners at 5:30, of course it’s closed because it’s a Saturday. Why send me an email and text at 5:09 that my order is ready when you close at 5:00! And I was still charged $57.00!

The customer service was good, but my shirts came awfully wrinkled as if they hadn't even pressed them, never going back again.
I dropped off my blazer at 7:50am on Friday 1/19. I pointed out that I had two broken buttons, and the employee said they would take care of it. I received at text at 3:00pm that day saying it was ready for pickup. I picked it up at 5:30pm, only to find that the buttons had not been sewn on as promised. This review is specifically for the Stockdale Highway Location - We have been using them for awhile now. The most common problem is our dress shirts always seem to come back with lint on them. We have had varying experiences with our other garments. Sometimes they come back clean and well pressed, other times, not so much. My comforter didnt smell clean. Smelled dirty. My detergent wouldve made it mess better!
