The girls are not friendly, and the service was higher that my usually dry cleaning
In the later part of July, I picked uo my ckeaning and noticed that the young lady failed to us the coupon for 20% off six or more dry cleaning. Her statement was that she woukd note it and apply it on my next order. I reminder your clerk and she said she would advise the staff to apply the duscount o n the new order. My question is, WAS THE DEDUCTION APPLIED TO MY NEW ORDER,? Thank you for your reply. Don Hedges
Dealt with Brooklyn twice on this visit...dropping my bag w/garments & picking them up recently. Drop off day was bad for her B/C of the heat. She still kept smilingly...
Staff is nice. However my uniforms are not clean.
I do a lot of service with you guys, and I got sent a $10 off because of all the money I spent there and the people there couldn’t honor the $10 off because it was 1 day expired. I’m not all for getting free anything but I felt the principal behind it, They could of just taken care of the customer and would of been happy.
Every time I drop off shirts and dry cleaning, I present a discount coupon. I’d say 90% of the time, the discount does not appear on my tickets when I pick up. I have to remember to check, and it slows down the process. This last time, I even dropped off to the owner, and she was training a new employee on how to make sure the discount is applied. Upon pick up, the discount, again, was not there. Frustrating, but they’ve nearly got a monopoly on the one-day service.
Every time I drop off my laundry I'm short when I pick it up. Pretty pathetic, really.
No one helped me when l drove up. I waited then out of my car and walked up to the door. Only then did someone helped me. The pink sweater I dropped off was not clean after I picked it up.
Stain didn’t come out! 😫
