Please review the express traffic lane flow at the Coffee and Olive location. As an example… When all lanes are occupied with vehicles, especially the lane closest to the entrance, and where the vehicles at the front need additional time for service (payment or clothing issue, etc.) and the vehicles in tandem (rear) are done, i.e. they have picked up or dropped off clothing with another Today Cleaners employee, kindly please have the employees direct the front vehicle(s) needing additional time and service to a parking spa... read more

Great service, immediately waited on when I walked in. Sorry I didn't catch her name, but she's a cute tall gal 🙂 Great service yesterday morning as well, I was assisted by Sherita, who doesn't need to ask my name, when I'm there to pick up. My husband Richard McCathron intended to drop off 4 shirts yesterday. He told Employee TLV that he wanted to pay for it because his wife, me might be picking it up today. He told her that one of the shirts is brand new. She told him that it would take her 15 mins to process that shirt. Note: no one was in the cleaners. He told her to forget it, but he wanted to pay for the 3 shirts. She gave him the impression that she was being put out but processed the shirt. This the third time I receive a coupon and follow the instructions and it’s not honored. There’s always an excuse to not honor it when I pick up my clothes.

I brought in two bags of clothes and made sure they understood that I wanted them all under my account. I was ready to empty out the bags and leave no bag but they said it would not be a problem. I had a 25% off coupon that I wanted to use on all the clothes since they were all from my house( just two different children who keep their dry cleaning in bags to keep it sorted out at home).
