Mostly good, but the gap didn’t place my clothes on the car hook, she played them in the seat and when I arrive home they were all in the floor board wrinkled up I just assumed she would hang them on hook like all the others have done otherwise good service

Usually happy with the service but lately the in by 11 ready by 4 as advertised is BS. Third time my wife has brought my shirts in by 9:30 am only to be told next day by 4. Thinking we need to find new cleaners.

Been using weekly for years, was never informed about their new "in by 10" requirement. Took clothes I really needed that day at 10:30 only to be told I was out of luck. Not even an apology...you just lost a long time customer

The military creases on my uniform shirts have not been straight creases on multiple occasions. The issue has been brought up to the manager several times and it's always the same response "leave the shirts another day and will fix it" or "I'll notate it for next time you bring them." This is unacceptable customer service towards a loyal customer. I had the manager print me out the invoice for this year and so far I have spent over $1,000 towards my dry cleaning at today cleaners. had signed up for a 20% discount online that they said they couldn't find when i picked up my shirts. almost felt like i had been scammed out of some money. i was a consistent 50-60 dollar a month customer but i won't be back.

Unbelievable! I brought a few items to the cleaners and tried to give the cashier the coupons. I was told to wait until I pick up the clothes. When picking up the clothes I gave the coupons and was told they can’t honor it because I should of gave it when dropping off the clothes My order was only supposed to be 40 bucks with the coupon and my total came out to be 79 bucks.

I dropped my order this morning to a young man and told him that my printer was out of ink so I didn't have a coupon. I had a picture of the coupon that I couldn't print and showed it to him and he said that it was OK and would apply it to my order!! when I picked up my order I was told that it was not discounted the amount that I was told by the associate! I was told that there was a new policy and ALL discounts were to be done by E-Mail only and that was it!!!!

Terrible! App says I was to get 20% and it didn’t happen. I clicked on it a day before I brought in the dry cleaning. Person helping was nice but was unable to get me the 20%. This is false advertising. 😡
