While the work is good, it is Extremely Expensive! I pay one-third less for more clothing items in San Diego, CA with a similar return timeframe.

Poor customer service. And my shirts had creases where they weren’t supposed to have creases. I asked if they could quickly I am those out. And they gave a lame excuse oh that our machines are down now you’ll have to come back the next day. Not Acceptable. It just seems like that’s the work ethic nowadays.

Staff was professional helpful and pleasant The cleaning of clothes was good and I thank you for the service, however forty four dollars for three items is very expensive and we will not be using your service again

I took two items jacket & pair of pants I mainly wanted them ironed I pinup my items & the pants were all wrinkled I was so upset to pay 10.00 for a lousy job

Your employees are very polite and professional !!!
When we picked up our last 2 drop offs they had lint all over them. One was a brand new Tuxedo and it was obvious yet it was still handed to my husband. At that moment he asked about it and was met with an employee that just grabbed it back and used a lint brush and handed it back like it was no big deal. When you pay to get your clothes dry cleaned there is a minimum standard that needs to be met, consistency is not the trend here.
