Terrible! App says I was to get 20% and it didn’t happen. I clicked on it a day before I brought in the dry cleaning. Person helping was nice but was unable to get me the 20%. This is false advertising. 😡

I had a $3 coupon for dress cleaning and a 20 percent coupon that came to my email I activated both. I asked to use 20% coupon instead of $3 , gentlemen said he would change it. When I picked up items it was over $55 and on $3 coupon was used. I asked young lady to switch to 20% coupon. She said she could not change. If they had told me when I initially dropped off items I would have dry cleaned the dress separately from the other items. Not good customer service. I’m very upset with your dry cleaners

The 15% off coupon was not applied to my bill. I received the email and clicked REDEEM before I left the house for Today Cleaners. When I returned with my order today, I checked the receipt and noticed no discount was mentioned. I just spoke with the nice man at your 21st Street location who said the discount was not applied to my bill but it does show in my account. Unfortunately, the discount expires very soon. I received a coupon via email for a 30% discount on shirt laundering. I did not receive the discount and the employees had no reason why. They told me I would have to come back the next and talk to the, IF THE MANAGER WAS IN THE COLLECTION SITE. This is the 2nd time this happened. Makes me want to switch to another cleaners. I addition, Today Cleaners charge over $10 for a womans cotton shirt. I don't understand their pricing scheme.

I was very disappointed today when I picked up my items. My cream linen dress still had spots all over the bottom. The spots were only dirt from the rain and I've had it cleaned before with some spots and it came out. I was told that if they try and get the spots out that it could shred. Makes absolutely no sence! let alone I didn't even get a call or was told that the spots did not come out at pick up. I know they had to have seen them because they had to iron it. Needless to say, bad service today.
