Clothes still smelled as if they were not cleaned. I asked if something could be done. Was told can spray the exit spray but would smell worse. Still had to pay full price even though clothes smelled and were not dry cleaned.

I did not get a receipt dropping off clothes they just wanted phone number…..and when picking up after paying . I asked about how much it cost she told me it was $19 but $23 out of my account Not run professionally
Honestly too expensive …. I just moved from LA and your prices are more pricier than out there.

Today cleaners does a great job with my clothes plus the staff are very nice and helpful also they have very good customer service and friendly

Erica was off but I gave my name, phone number, and dropped off two new shirts I received for Christmas (1 flannel, 1 corduroy) and advised of my coupon. Next day, they found my order but my information was not in system, they needed my address, phone number, credit card, no coupon was used. How can my information be there one day and not the next? NOW, you send me a better coupon for 30% off. AND it's my birthday (12/29) thank you for making me feel so special! Disappointed and frustrated.
