Today cleaners they do a wonderful job with my clothes plus the staff are great and they have very good customer care thank you for the services

Erica was off but I gave my name, phone number, and dropped off two new shirts I received for Christmas (1 flannel, 1 corduroy) and advised of my coupon. Next day, they found my order but my information was not in system, they needed my address, phone number, credit card, no coupon was used. How can my information be there one day and not the next? NOW, you send me a better coupon for 30% off. AND it's my birthday (12/29) thank you for making me feel so special! Disappointed and frustrated.

I took some gloves to get cleaned and they went missing. The clerk didn’t even attempt to look around and seemed like she didn’t care.

The same as always but just gets worse each time. Creases are all over the pant and only half way up on the pant. Crease dont line up w existing creases. I have to reiron every time. Very sloppy

Greeted by Alex, friendly as always. Again, I received notification that my clothes were ready before promised. Even though I wasn't available to pick them up that afternoon, I just love that type of service. Picked up the following morning, receiving great service again by Alex. Thanks for always treating me like an appreciated customer
Great friendly service once again at drop off. Clothes were ready 3 hrs before promised, which saved me an additional trip. The employee who assited me at pickup was the same girl who greeted me this morning. She was friendly and had me on my way in just a couple minutes. I'm sorry I didn't catch her name, but I'm sure you know who is working the register, and when. She's definitely an asset to the staff. Thank you again, and I'll be seeing you soon
