The creases on my shirts are on the side instead of down the middle. This is the 3rd occasion this has happened. They need to hire people who know how to iron military creases straight.

Took 3 pairs of jeans in and wanted heavy starch this is the 2nd time that there has been no starch on the jeans I will not go back to them
Paid for sleeves to be creased on order yesterday...only one sleeve did..nothing to collar..Quality.....very poor...

For the second time in a row, I was cheated out of my 30% discount. I received the text, I click on the link, and it states that my coupon was applied. I verify with the staff upon dropping off my shirts and they said it will be fine. Upon picking up the shirts, they tell me the discount is valid upon pickup and not when I drop off the shirts. I should have been told that the spots wouldn't come out. That would allow the customer to plan instead being caught by surprise just before needing to wear the clothing. I took the pants back the following day after pickup and when I returned a couple of days later it wasn't much better. This means it might be time to go to a different cleaners other than today's cleaners.
