It happened again today. I picked up my drycleaning (shirts) and my discount was not applied. This used to happen many times before, I became frustrated & started to take my drycleaning elsewhere. When I started receiving your emails/percentage discounts, I thought I would give you another try. I was quoted a loyalty price for my shirts when I dropped them off for $3.19 and I was quoted a different price when I picked them up dollars The price was $3.59 was not happy they should charge you What was quoted
Clothes still smelled as if they were not cleaned. I asked if something could be done. Was told can spray the exit spray but would smell worse. Still had to pay full price even though clothes smelled and were not dry cleaned.

I did not get a receipt dropping off clothes they just wanted phone number…..and when picking up after paying . I asked about how much it cost she told me it was $19 but $23 out of my account Not run professionally
Honestly too expensive …. I just moved from LA and your prices are more pricier than out there.

Today cleaners does a great job with my clothes plus the staff are very nice and helpful also they have very good customer service and friendly
