This is the second time I try to use Today Cleaners and they never clean the clothes. The blazer still smells and I even asked to make sure they put extra deodorize on the clothes and still had an issue. If you want some actually quality dry cleaning go to Kleenerz they actually clean your clothes. Last time I will ever go to today cleaners. Was told by assistant manager Vanessa she did not know what to tell me also that they don’t remove odors, and to call manager in the morning.

Outstanding
My blouse and sweater set, were wrinkled, they fold my sweater, make it worse, the girl in the front asked if I request ironing. Manager try to convince me they were ok. Just left very sad, my set was not wrinkled when I brought it in. Very poor service, pay too much To received my damaged garments. Poor customer service . I will never go back. I have to take my my set to another cleaner and pay again. Very displeased. You don’t fold the sweater set you hang both pieces😭

Hello, I brought in my comforter on Saturday, 3/19 at or around 9:30am. I was honoring your in by 11:00am ready by 4:00pm. I was then told that it would be two days for it to be ready to pick up. I inquired of the sign on the large windows and that was in before 11:00am. The clerk said it was a household item and they do clothes first. I said where is that written and/or shown? It happened again today. I picked up my drycleaning (shirts) and my discount was not applied. This used to happen many times before, I became frustrated & started to take my drycleaning elsewhere. I was quoted a loyalty price for my shirts when I dropped them off for $3.19 and I was quoted a different price when I picked them up dollars The price was $3.59 was not happy they should charge you What was quoted
