You guys are fantastic, my team has their uniform shirts cleaned on a weekly basis and are always satisfied with the services MW Cleaners provide. Also, the gentleman, (don't know his name) who picks-up and delivers here at Anadarko is always curtious with a smile and takes that second to always says "Hello".
Clothes are often wrinkled, missing buttons, hems are pulled out. I have had the "quality control" conversation with the plant manager "Brenda" on several occasions, but it never changes! I only use MW because it's convenient, not because you do a great job. Every complaint has been met with excuses (not MW's fault)... taking responsibility is not an option for MW.
Your store is greatly exceeding my expectations. I don't even realize that I sent my clothes off for cleaning. And, I look up and you are returning my clean clothes, it seems like the next day. YOUR TEAM IS SUPER FAST!
MW Cleaners is good. I have not had any problems with them and I like that they pick up and drop off at my work.
I no longer use your delivery service from OneLakesEdge.I could not get any info on when the delivery was made and what locker it was placed in. I bring my clothes to your Cochrans Crossing location.
I am normally satisfied with the service but in my last delivery - the email sent to me expressed a locker but once I got to it the code was not correct as I was not able to get my cloths - I was told I would be adviced of a new locker number by email or phone call and neither happened - today is 3 days later so I am about to call again...
We have been using MW Cleaners since they began service in the area. The service is always first-rate and the staff is focused on us, the customer. We utilize the home pick-up and delivery service as well as occassional visits to the store front. Our delivery rep, Frank, is very friendly and provides superb service. We wouldn't even consider another cleaners, MW is the best!
My MW Cleaners is the best laundry and dry cleaning service in town. My clothes are always cleaned great. The service is impeccable and friendly. I do and will recommend them to anyone looking for professionals.
I have nothing but fantastic service at the MW Cleaners at 1488 and 2978 Magnolia TX. The people that work there are always pleasant and our cleaning is always done as promised, on time and ready to be picked up. The email reminder is great, it has saved me more than a few times when I would have forgotten to pick up on my way home. Thanks for the great service.
