I have 2 issues with MW Cleaners. First, the prices for laundered shirts is high compared to the market. Secondly, my laundered shirts are always coming home with cracked or broken buttons. It is a big inconvenience to have to look my shirts over before leaving with them. When I do find buttons cracked/broken/missing, I then have to return to the store again to pick up the shirts that now have buttons that do not match the originals. I have informed the store manager of this and nothing has improved.
I took four formal shirts in to be laundered. Two were brand new, One was two months old and had been laundered when new, but it needed to be redone because the french cuffs where a mess of wrinkles and bad ironing. The last was an older shirt. When I got them back and was preparing to fold and pack them. All four were an absolute mess, the fronts were wrinkled and the french cuffs were all badly ironed. The staff members are always friendly and efficient and my clothes always look great. Most know my name and will greet me with a smile when I walk in. I've been a loyal customer for over 13 years and will continue to do business with MW Cleaners.
I've been bring my clothes to MW cleaners ever since you opened at 242. Never used other cleaner in this area. You guys do a great job.
MW CLEANERS is great. Never ruined a piece of clothes like another cleaners on Rayford road Not once but twice with ink spots all over my husbands shirts. The ladies are so nice and polite. They call you by name. My clothes are always ironed and starched with no wrinkles and stuffed with paper and collar guards. They are a bit pricey but well worth every penny. And the place is very clean. They even give coupons for specials .
I ALWAYS receive excellent service at MW Cleaners, Alden Bridge. The employees at the counter are friendly, courteous, and are quick and thorough in handling your items.
This location has been better in the past. There are a few nice people working there but there have also been a lot of issues with simple things that are starting to add up. I've taken a shirt there 4 or 5 times and specifically asked for stain removal and it comes back with the stain, which was able to be removed by myself at home in one wash...
