It was OK. My communication with the clerks was fragmented and inconsistent. My first time visiting Tide. So I am on the fence going forward. My interaction with my desk person yesterday was much better thus the score...
I am very disappointed you went back to plastic bags. The previous owner allowed reusable cloth bags.
had two garments with tags marked that cleaning didn't occur. One garment was clearly attempted to be cleaned and was made worse. The other one I"m not sure why the stain wasn't treated. Disappointing.
The Quality of the shirt cleaning & pressing has been good, but not great. The shirts never smell fresh, mostly neutral, but on occation they have a little bit of a funky smell to them. Every time I bring a coupon in, when I drop my shirts off, the coupon is never on file to discount my cost, when I come to pick up my shirts.
As far as my shirts being cleaned you did 5 stars. My problem is I was supposed to get a 25% discount and I don’t know if I recieved it or not. My receipt did not reflect a discount and I cannot get anyone to let me know.
Clothes aren't ever pressed and creased.
I am a pickup and delivery customer, I like the clothes to come back sorted in a single bag with no plastic wrapper or paper. Now everything is separate and wrapped in plastic. I end up throwing away a pile of packaging each delivery. Also the delivery’s are not grouped... I need to sort thru everyone else clothes in my delivery group. Would like to go back to a single re-usable bag for each drop off Thanks
One day service for dry cleaning polo shirt. Mailed next day as gift to Slovenia in Europe!

The service that I received was great and my articles were well done. However, as an environmental compliance professional, I am concerned about the switch from a reusable garment bag for my drycleaning to the single use plastic bags. This creates waste that must be managed, or increases your costs to handle if I return them. Please consider bringing the reusable garment bags back into the scheme!
