Too expensive
I have been coming to Deering for at 15 years. I picked up a dress the bill was $20. It was not cleaned to the quality I have received from your cleaners in the past. In addition I was dropping off three other pieces. I was told that I had to sign a release form that stated since the pieces were two different colors they might "bleed" and my garments could be damaged. I took my garments back. I’ve been a good customer with a sizable average ticket. My white business and polo shirts began experiencing issues related to a chemical that was sprayed on their collars which resulted in pink colored stains that were perfectly around the creases of each shirt. I left my shirts for a redo and when I returned to pick them up the issues were not corrected and in addition now the shirts also had new blue stains. I am here to update my review. First of all this company is attentive. Usually you leave feedback and recieve no response. Not with Deering. Within 20 mins of leaving a negative review I recieved an email and a call. They fixed the issue in no time. They have earned my repeat business. Also they have the best customer service in store as well. The young lady with the glasses is super personable and very helpful.
Came into your downtown location and stressed the importance of having my suit jacket pressed correctly, as so many times in the past I’ve seen dry cleaners do a poor job at this. When I picked up my suit, the jacket was wrinkled and terribly pressed. I was very disappointed and I will not be returning.
They put the crease on the inside of the pant
Incredibly friendly service and a great rewards system. I've never had a suit pressed so cleanly and they removed horrible stains from a silk blouse that my previous cleaner may as well have ignored. I'm beyond impressedand haven't even utilized most of their services.
Great customer service BUT for 20+ dollars I should have actually noticed that my coat was freshly dry cleaned. It still had the same exact pen marks which was honestly a very FAINT pen mark with a regular pen so it totally should've been able to be removed. And just other tiny little marks that are still there. It looks exactly the same. I've had tougher stains removed from that exact coat in the past at other dry cleaning facilities
