I have a great experience with Deering Cleaners Downtown. There have been a couple of occasions when my wife's knit tops and dresses were pressed on forms larger than the article and the articles were stretched. I have been reluctant to take in some coats for fear that the lining will shrink and a different size than the outer part of the coat. As always, they did a great job.
I always get really great service at Deerings Cleaners but there was one particularly pleasing experience that occurred when I picked up my previous order. I got my clothes home to find out that you had replaced a broken button, without my asking. What a nice surprise!! That truly is customer oriented service. Thank you.

Cleaning was quick and easy. The staff knew the names of lots of the clients. It was my first time and the staff was very helpful.
The employees were very kind and courteous. That being said, my suits had lint and string on them and one of my shirts being laundered was not ready at the given time. I appreciate the effort to get the stain out but it is still a bit of an inconvenience to not have my shirt back on time.
