Always a great experience. The staff is very friendly, professional, knows my name. I normally go right when the store opens at 7:00 AM so it's nice to start the day with smiles and a little chit chat. Helps me to get going! Always satisfied with the cleaning. Never any issues at all.

Am always impressed about the friendly and efficient service and the willing flexibility of your people. Besides that, we continue to be pleased with the dry cleaning and shirt laundry results. Once in a while a crushed shirt button discovered after returning home, but this balanced off by your replacing buttons at no charge.
I really like the quality of the dry cleaning - I actually switched to Deering because I was dissatisfied with my previous dry cleaners. The staff is pleasant and service is usually good. The one irritation is even though there are in by 10 same day service signs staff always suggest a pickup 2-3 days out and when you want same day service they sometimes seem irritated.
I use your service at the downtown store and am always very happy with the curtious service. Also with the quality of your cleaning. I would like to have a quicker turnaround for shoe polishing service but understand that is just an extra customer service.
The customer service is great and they do a really good job cleaning my cloths.i just wished they would offer more coupons.
The staff at Deering is always cheerful and takes care of all of my cleaning needs! I appreciate them all but Mimi has stood out as being extra helpful and always puts a smile on my face. Thanks to all of you guys!
My wife and I work in customer service and we know how taxing it may be dealing with customers. I drop off / pick up my clothes from here 2 - 3 times / week and I usually go out of my way to make the workers laugh or smile. Even though I do think it should be the other way around, I don't mind. I live in Richmond, an hour and a half away, and have suffered with bad dry cleaning for 18 years. I have recently started bringing my clothes to Deering on Capitol. My wardrobe is very expense, and every piece is designer. You have done a fantastic job with everything. Great service, great cleaning, and great staff.
