They can't find 3 items of my clothing and I have yet to be contacted to tell me that they have been found...
My dry cleaning, a comparatively large load, was turned around in just over 24 hours and I find no problems with the result. My only suggestion is that the receipt should itemize the number and type of items dropped off.

Too expensive!!! Been going there for some years now but after getting my bill the other day I’ve decided to look for new cleaners.
My most recent experience with Deering Dry Cleaners was terrible, and I will never use them again. They lost a cashmere sweater of mine and deny all responsibility. I placed 4 items in a locker (2 dresses and 2 sweaters), locked it, and then texted them (as per the instructions). My shirts were still dirty. They were not starched at all.
I sent my winter coat to be dry cleaned & when it came back, it still had the same spots I sent it in for, with no “sorry” tag, so I sent it back to be redone. It’s looks better the second time (still has some spots, with a “sorry” tag on it) but I won’t be using this cleaner again.
