Lost one of my buttons on my expensive jacket. It appears that I was charged on my bill.
Six ties dy cleaned for donation to nonprofit.
My last two orders was supposed to be heavy starch. And they were not.
Normally I have a great experience with getting my comforter cleaned here. However, this time it took 2 weeks to get it cleaned and I was told twice it would be done that day, and twice that was a lie. I even made a special trip to pick it up since I was told it would be done by that evening. When I arrived, I was told the comforter was accidentally taken to another store. If it's going to be two weeks to get something cleaned, you need to be upfront with the customer. Terrible experience.

When I picked up my clothes there's three or four people in the back peddling around had to wait in line behind some dude who was picking up like 40 different orders you should have a line or quick pick up or quick delivery and then a line for a dude picking up 40 different things there was only one person in front
I brought a coat in to get dry cleaned to remove pet fur. Unfortunately, there was still fur on the coat once I picked it up.
I had a few items dry cleaned and one of my items, a Peyton Manning Indianapolis Colts home jersey, was destroyed and the store doesn't want to deal with the issue and I keep getting the cold shoulder. My laundry dress shirts never have creases. Yesterday I had to wait for them to re crease my shirts. It's normal.
