I had some linen pants I wanted sizing I paid for it but I didn’t get it I was ask if I would like to resend them and they would do it again but I’m going out of town so I needed these items to take with me paid for it but I didn’t get the service request it young lady says she requested it on the ticket and they didn’t do it don’t know why actually she wasn’t the young lady that did the intake for me anyway so I don’t know why she would tell me she ordered it but that’s OK don’t know if I’ll be coming back.

Had some serious stains and extremely expensive shirt. They miraculously were able to get most of them out and offered to continue to work on a couple of the smaller stains that were left. I will always bring my clothing to this location.

Way overpriced, even though the clothes were done well. Sorry, but hard to justify 3x the cost of other cleaners.

Extremely high prices with average work product. After bringing home my clothes, I noticed stains on my white shirt that I will bring back for Tide cleaners to fix! Also, I didn’t get the 50% discount on my first order. When asked for it at pick-up, I was told that I should have brought the coupon at the drop off time. I was also told that I would receive home pick-up/delivery information via text but never did. Basically lack of communication.
I felt it was entirely too expensive to press a shirt and a pair of pants for $11.00. Ridiculously outrageously too expensive.
