Super rude. We were in hurry and got out of the car to pick the dress. They treated us as if we were invisible and once we tried to get her attention, she rudely said I have other cars to tend to before you. She chatted calmly with the lady in the car, without telling her that customers were waiting. Or anything.
Coat was not cleaned. Same dirt around neck when dropped off was still there at pickup. Was told coat would be sent back for cleaning.
My last few experiences were horrible. An item was lost. The item was a $2,000 suede jacket. Not much was done at all to help rectify the situation. All I got were a bunch of folks shrugging their shoulders after MONTHS of inquiring about it. I even spoke to a manager - I think his name was Randy. He didn’t have answers either. They said I could submit a receipt and file a claim for a lost item. Well I don’t have a receipt for an item that wasn’t new. I took my clothes in on a Tuesday and expected them the following day. When I hadn’t heard an update on Thursday afternoon, I called to check on my clothes. I was told that somehow my clothes had ended up outside my orange tide bag and nobody knew who’s clothes they were. These were custom, tailor made shirts for two men who were in a wedding that Saturday. Lost my clothes! Do not prespot. Terrible service. Never coming back.
Returned shirt with same spot. Miss placed my clothes. Not good service. No one minding the store.
Over priced for basic dry cleaning service. I pay $1 on my regular cleaners for better results

I placed a new suit that had only been worn twice in this Tide Cleaners. The cleaning process somehow faded the color of my suit, I was very disappointed. My suit also had specks of a orange substance on the jacket.
