Prices are too high, i don't require pick up and delivery service (free ??) I don't think so. You also ruined one of my shirts and could not fix it, then told me the shirt wasn't any good anyway... and then made no retribution for it!
You do good work, but your prices are much too high. I do not use the "Free" pick up and delivery service, and since you started that service the process have gone up too much for me. I had one shirt that was extremely stained, i brought it back for a re-do and then it was lost for a while and then I was told that "the shirt wasn't any good anyway", I took my shirt back and told them that I would not be back!
I was missing a few buttons from my shirt and my pants pocket due to another dry cleaner and when I got my clothes back, tide dry cleaners had sewn new buttons on my clothes. Thank you for going the extra mile and making my clothes had what they needed. Tide Dry Cleaners is now my only dry cleaner.
Love the quality of the cleaning. One minor negative. Stores hours are posted on the door, when I arrived at 8:00 am the store was not opened. They did not arrive until 8:50. I give them another opportunity.

U Ruined my shirts, no real response but surveys?
This is your current rating - I have been going there for years and I think at last check it was about 5K a year I was spending there. Then one day all my shirts came back feeling like a cardboard box. They had all be heavily starched, something I have never had done. I was told it was due to a change in the system. I had to handwash all the shirts and try to recover some of them. Some were just ruined. We are still working on the issue. Then after weeks of not coming in you ask for my review. Well, here it is...
You can't hide high pricing behind good service, there must be a balance.
Over priced. 3 short sleeve shirts and 2 pairs of shorts dry clean was slmost $40. Way too high as far as I'm concerned. Doubt I'll be back
