As a rule I am always happy with Tide cleaners, but I would like to know your store hours at the Hwy 6 and Austin Parkway location

The quality of the product has remained steadfast. However, the quality of the service that I received was subpar. The person assisting took a while to come out and she I was never greeted or anything. She took my ticket and found my cleaning without as much a greeting or a conversation. It felt like assisting with bringing my items was an imposition on her time.

New shirts were dropped off for cleaning with instructions to remove and return collar stays. No collar stays were returned. The person at counter was not helpful and busy taking a personal phone call.

One dress for my wife and one polo shirt for me was $30.28. You do good work but your pricing is sky high. Not sure if I will be back.

Things that were told on the process never came to fruition. The cleaning was later than guaranteed. There was several types of Confusion And follow-ups when pickup was attempted to be verified. Employees were rude.

Three weeks ago I dropped off a bunch of shirts, pants and a few sport coats. When I returned the next day all was ready except my Tommy Hilfiger Sport cost. I was told to come back the next day and they zeros out the ticket for the sports coat since it was late. However, for the 4 shirts, 4 pants and 2 other sports coats I paid just about $100, which I think is really really high compared to other places I’ve gone.
