Julie told me about the service, and I was willing to pay more for a few reasons. I had a suit with urine stains that needed cleaning (and I communicated this info up front). I appreciated that she said the clothes would not have a chemical smell. She said she could give me 20% off my order. She also said the company had a free pick up and drop off service. The quality of the cleaning was very good but the service not.The two people who attended me were not very nice, in fact, the day of the drop-off I felt intimidated. Your prices too expensive for what I got.

Charges are not consistent. Gave 3 suits to clean and was charged different pricing on all the suits. When I asked they said that we only scan, somebody else put the price on the ticket. Last time when i was there, i was sent a bill for a different price and charged a different price. When I asked about it, they said they don't have the ability to change it but will have the manager change it and call me. That never happened. personnel kept track of things even when an item was lost..
