Not good. I receive e mails from you each month with coupon attached. I present the coupon when dropping off my cloth. But somehow , the attendant has difficulty honoring coupon price. This could be a deceptive tactic and you could be sued for it big time. I am very mad. I don't believe I will go there again. I will discourage my friends and relatives from using your service.

Concern re your prices...too expensive! You are new to the community and seemed higher than MW cleaners. I felt like you were new to me, and I was taking a chance on you. Then when picking up my items, the pricing seemed too expensive.
Clothes came out well! Service person did not shut my trunk!
I had my son’s black suit dry cleaned before a conference he had to attended and when I got the suit from Tide Cleaners the suit had bubbles and the lining in the sleeves was hanging past the actual sleeve....also the lapal was not pressed down....I realize this the night before the conference and had to go out and purchase a new black suit!
My husband’s pants had to be sent back to be cleaned 3 times. There were gravy stains which I asked the Tide representative to be sure & have it spot cleaned. She assured me that it would be.

You fired the people I dealt with. ALL of them. You replaced them with people who don't want to be there. I'll spend my money elsewhere. You charge way too much for the experience with your front line people. Good luck.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced
I dropped off my clothes to be dry cleaned late Friday morning and stated that I really needed to pickup the clothes Saturday evening because we needed to wear the clothes Sunday morning. I arrive shortly after 4 pm on Saturday for pick up. My clothes were not returned to the pick up location. All of my dry cleaning wasn't delivered by the time promised. I have very little free time, so it's very important to me not to have to make two trips to pick up dry cleaning. Time is not something I have a lot of, and unfortunately I don't trust you not to waste it. I probably will not use your service again.
