The employees are personable and they always make sure everything is tip top. The people are great, just not sure that corporate really sees how great they are.

We have been going to MW Cleaners primarily because of the excellent customer service from Annette. She is a stellar employee.
Your staff at the cleaners at the corner of HWY 6 and Dulles are always cheerful , attentive to requests, and have a positive attitude. My only problem is with the process of pressing pants at your plant. Creases are not always good and sharp.
I took my suit and specifically asked that the lapels be pressed down. Upon pickup, I noticed that this had not been done. They agreed to send it back to be redone. But when I returned the next day for pickup, I inspected it again and noticed that the specific request was ignored again. I asked for a refund but I was instructed that I had to come back and talk to a manager who apparently only works the day shift.
Received my clothes with all wrinkles look like it wasn’t ironed.
I have to bring my items back to many times for redo.
