way too over priced, took longer than most dry cleaners and the went overboard on starch when asked for medium.
I took 7 items in for laundry, nothing special. I believe for what was done the price was to high.
The clothes came out fine. But the lady that was working was rude. Seemed irritated that I was there walked away and didn’t give me a pick up slip. Mind you I’ve never been here before. So I’m just waiting there and from inside she’s yelling you’re ok you can go. I’m like do I get a slip? She says no you don’t need it… most likely will not be back

first time customer, never receive a text regarding pickup of my order. why brother to have the drive-thru lane. one time i thought they must have lost my table cloth or something. When i dropped off the table cloth, the table at front was a mess.
Extremely expensive !
The pants I brought were linen with a lining. The lining was hanging outside the linen part. Evidently when they ironed the pants they did not stretch the linen part. Horrible! Now I have to do your job.
I DID NOT receive ALL my clothing and had to drive back to get my remaining items. Gas is too high and time is too valuable. Especially, when other cleaners are close to my home. I prefer Tide but there is no protocol for giving customers all their clothing.
THE MANAGER OF THE STORE TRACEE WAS UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, CRUDE AND A WHOLE LIST OF THINGS, I PUT MY SHIRTS 👕 IN THE CLEANERS FOR A REDO AND THE SHIRTS 👕 STILL HAVE A STAINS IN THEM WHEN I PICK UP MY ITEMS TRACEE DID NOT TELL ME THE STAINS WAS STILL IN MY CLOTHING TRACEE HAS A VERY BAD ATTITUDE AND DON'T OFFER CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL ALSO SHE IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL!!!! I PAY A LOT OF MONEY 💰 TO HAVE MY CLOTHES CLEAN AND I EXPECT BETTER
